Puls FIEPOS FPS Series
PULS now has 15 models of 24VDC FIEPOS (Field Power Supplies) for decentralized power on machine mounting and IP65/67 applications. The six new Single Phase 100-240VAC units are in addition to the nine 3-Phase 380-480VAC models previously released. These power supplies include PULS’ amazing reliability and efficiency standards. Banner's New Radar Detection for Short Distances
Banner's T30R radar sensors has been expanded to include models specifically designed for near-range detection. Compared to the standard T30R-1515 model, the new near range T30R-1515-C features a reduced dead zone for reliable detection at an even closer range (100 mm from the face of the sensor, up to 6 m) and improved linearity (measurement performance) in the 100–500 mm range. This is particularly useful for measuring the amounts of liquid inside storage tanks.
Turck's LUS Ultrasonic Level Sensor
Introducing the LUS211 Ultrasonic Level Sensor, Turck’s first ultrasonic sensor with a local LED display. The LUS211 is a programmable sensor that is used to measure solid and liquid level in an enclosure. Since the sensor is non-contact, it is not susceptible to material build-up or damage, ensuring a long service life. This new sensor features a rotatable stainless-steel housing and capacitive touch pad menu navigation that simplifies programming. Banner's Compact, Light-Weight Serial IO-Link Masters
The new R45C (two port) and R90C (four port) serial IO-Link Masters seamlessly connect IO-Link devices to a Snap Signal IIoT ecosystem, or other Modbus controllers. They transmit machine data, process parameters, and diagnostic information directly to any Modbus RTU interface, including the Snap Signal DXMR90 Industrial Controller. Users can then send this data to cloud platforms and SCADA systems or display it locally on an HMI. Banner has expanded the measurement range of its QM42-DPS Differential Pressure Sensor line to include +/- 20 inWC. The QM42 is used to measure the difference in airflow between intake and exit of low-pressure systems, such as airflow through a filter. In addition to Banner’s 1-wire serial communication, the company now offers the sensor in the RS-485 Modbus communication protocol for all measurement ranges.

Banner's New Watermark Feature for VE Smart Cameras
Banner’s VE Smart Cameras and Vision Manager software have been updated to add a watermark feature for saved images. If a user chooses to enable watermarking, this feature modifies the captured inspection image and permanently embeds user-selected text on top of it, for quality control and documentation. For example, a unique VIN number imported over EtherNet/IP can be saved on the image of a component intended for a vehicle to be assembled.
